At Holy Apostles’ School, we believe that good mental and physical health is really important for every member of our school community. Throughout their time in school, we want our pupils, staff, parents and governors to be able to get to know themselves and identify what they can do to maintain good mental health and what they can do when they experience difficult emotions.
